He worked with sales and the business development of separation technologies before joining Alfa Laval in 2002, where he has had several positions in sales, business development, strategy development, and execution. |

Julien Gennetier Julien Gennetier has more than 20 years of business experience in a wide range of industrial sectors, such as Food, Process Industries and HVAC. He is committed to deploy and develop solutions that create a more energy efficient and decarbonized tomorrow with the help of technology and collaboration. |

Fredrik Ekström Fredrik leads a team of 1000 people that manufacture, design, promote, sell, develop, and innovate applications with copper brazed heat exchangers, fusion-bonded heat exchangers and Moatti automatic cleaning filters. These can be used in data centers, heat pumps, process chillers, air conditioning and other sustainable applications. |

Jo Vanhoren Jo comes from a position as Cluster President for North America, where he secured sturdy growth improvements. He is proud to be part of a company that shares his passion for creating sustainable solutions. Jo has been working throughout his career with heat exchanger technology which is the vital component in energy efficiency and our goal to reach net zero. |

Henrik Bjerstedt Henrik has experience leading product and business development in different companies and markets, 10 years of which has been at Alfa Laval. He is responsible for leading Alfa Laval Moatti towards growth by developing sustainable business models and new solutions for existing markets and future green applications. |

Julia Souder Julia has over 20 years of experience in the energy and environmental sectors. She is a longtime advocate of clean solutions and works extensively to support environmentally friendly technologies and equitable policies. She has held senior positions at many companies including the LDES Association of California, and National Resources Defense Council (NRDC). |

Per-Anders Enkvist Per-Anders Enkvist has worked as a climate, energy, and circularity advisor for many years. He is the managing partner of 35 consultants, specializing in circularity and the climate. His company, Material Economics, was acquired by McKinsey in 2021 and now operates as a subsidiary of McKinsey. |
